I sent an email to the Wubbers people about my broken pliers*, fully expecting a ‘haha too bad for you nothing we can do’ in return. But instead they sent me a new one! I am in shock and awe! I am filled with the happies! Now you’ll have to excuse me, I have oodles of rings to open and close in varying patterns :)

*The spring part of the pliers just broke clean off.
